Subscriptions & billing

Manage or cancel a membership

  • Open Settings on your iPad → tap your name → Subscriptions.
  • Choose Velaura to change plans or cancel. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

Restore purchases on a new iPad

  • Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you purchased with.
  • In Velaura, go to Settings → Current plan → Restore purchases.

Refunds

Billing is handled by Apple, so refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong on our side, email us too — we’ll do what we can.

Account & data

  • Delete your account: Settings → Account → Delete account, or email privacy@velaura.app. Details on the Data Access & Deletion page.
  • Get a copy of your data: email privacy@velaura.app with “Data access request”.
  • No account? Your work lives on your iPad. Export favorites to Photos before deleting the app.

Common questions

My artwork didn’t save

Velaura autosaves continuously, so your page is normally waiting in Library → My Work. If something looks missing, check the Archive (long-press a work to restore), and make sure your iPad isn’t critically low on storage. Still missing? Email us with roughly when you last saw it.

Imports aren’t working

Importing creator pages requires photo library permission: iPad Settings → Apps → Velaura → Photos. Free includes one lifetime import; Premium adds ten per month, and Premium Plus is unlimited.

Apple Pencil feels off

Check Pencil battery and pairing in iPad Settings, then close and reopen Velaura. If strokes still feel wrong, tell us your iPad and Pencil model — brush feel matters to us.

  • What you were doing, and what happened instead.
  • Your iPad model and iPadOS version (Settings → General → About).
  • A screenshot or screen recording, if you have one.
